About Start in WI

Our mission is to help small businesses across Wisconsin grow and succeed. We provide small business with free, easy access to the help you need - when you need it.

How do we accomplish this?

Start in WI connects a large network of nonprofit service providers offering a wide variety of business-building services for small businesses. We facilitate the linking of these resource organizations to one another and to established, emerging and startup small businesses throughout the region.

You will talk to one of our staff, who gathers information about your business and your needs.
We then guide you to the business resources that can best help you.
Your Start in WI contact follows up with you to assure service and satisfaction.
The Start in WI referral services are provided at no cost to you.
