Question: "How can we engage colleagues and increase retention?"
Answer: Recognize that retention strategy is more than just planning events, it's in everything that you do!
Employee retention strategy has become a priority to improve connection, increase morale, and support success of the organization. This interactive session will provide attendees with a framework for a retention strategy backed by research, ideas for various engagement activities, and simple, easy to implement strategies (the "it's just what we do!" part) focused on developing a culture of employee engagement.


Led by Janene Beck-Hafner, Ph.D.


Janene Beck-Hafner, Ph.D. has a background is in education and leadership. She has served as the Director of Community Resources/Provider Relations; Organizational Development Consultant and, most recently, Talent, Learning & Culture Program Consultant for Inclusa. Previously, she served as a High School Associate Principal and Director of Pupil Services. Janene earned a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Leadership.
