Joining us at the July 2022 Trends Talks is Marcia K. Mogelonsky, Ph.D., Director of Insight, Mintel Food and Drink. Marcia will present on Russia, Ukraine, and the impact on food and drink.
About Marcia K. Mogelonsky, Ph.D.
Marcia Mogelonsky has more than 25 years of experience in consumer demographics, behavior, and culture. Currently, she serves as Director of Insight, Mintel Food and Drink. Her major expertise is in the confectionery industry, with an emphasis on chocolate confectionery.
Dr. Mogelonsky served as a consultant to USAID in Egypt, providing local manufacturers with strategies for selling their products in the US. She also has worked with the USDA.
She holds a Ph. D. in archaeology from Cornell University; before embarking on her current career, she spent 10 years as a field archaeologist in Europe and the Middle East. She is the author of three books on consumer behavior and has also published one book for kids.
